Adult Fitness/Boot Camp Sessions

Our adult fitness/boot camp sessions are designed to challenge each participant on their individual level and ability. The group sessions are set up in a circuit fashion. An extensive dynamic warm-up is done that challenges balance and coordination, increases the heart rate and blood flow to the muscles, and increases the range of motion during movement. The circuits are set up to have a conditioning exercise which gets the heart rate elevated and then a strength exercise which concentrates on using multi-joint movements. We continually change the conditioning drills and weight movements to keep the body guessing.

The adult fitness sessions can be run with groups of 8 or less. Each person can be of a different ability level. In the past, competitive tri-athletes and newcomers are able to exercise in the same group, enjoy the workout, and be challenged at their own level. Sessions are set based on the number of participants. If you have a group of people that are interested call and we will try out best to set a time that works best for your group!

One on One Sessions

Our one on one session’s are done with the participants specific goals in mind. If you want to gain muscle, or loose some pounds and get back into shape, or if you play a specific sport and want help in that area, give M.A.D. Sports a call today. We have worked with competitive tri-athletes, marathoners, competitive cyclists, SWAT teams, firefighters, Navy SEAL recruits, recreational golfers, weekend warriors, and newcomers to the world of exercise. We will cater the workout to fit the needs of the individual.
