Before starting to design a training program for an individual or team, it is always important to be aware of any medical issues which you might have to take into consideration. This is especially important for a new player, when they are either new to sports or haven't been involved in athletics for some time. In either case, a simple medical screening can be used in consultation with the athlete/athlete’s parents (in the case of a young player) and a medical professional. This might result in either modifying the training program, or ensuring that adequate facilities are available during training or matches (i.e. asthma inhaler etc...).

MEN'S EXECUTIVE CLASS

M.A.D. Sports Training offers a MOM'S BOOTCAMP for mothers of all ages and physical stature. These intense classes will push you to your limit. Each day will feature strenuous cardiovascular training with functional strength exercises for an extreme workout. This class consists of three high-intensity workouts for 4 weeks along with pre and post-circumference and body composition measurements.

Our MEN"S EXECUTIVE CLASS is for men who have moved beyond their peak performance years of their youth, but aren't quite ready to hang up the cleats. Like the Mom's Bootcamp, these intense classes will push you to your limit. Each day will feature strenuous cardiovascular training with functional strength exercises for an extreme workout. This class consists of three high-intensity workouts for 4 weeks. Class sizes are limited.

If you are spending too much time in an enclosed, air-conditioned cubicle and see your energy levels and your muscle-tone evaporate while your waistline pops the buttons on your trousers, our Men's Executive Classes will quickly whip you back into shape and will help you maintain the gain.
